Workshop Proposals

As of June 2017, the BC Alternate Education Association will be collecting conference information online. If you are a confirmed speaker for the Challenge and Change conference scheduled for February 22nd and 23rd, 2018, please complete the following form. 

Thursday sessions are 3 hours long and scheduled from 1:00 - 4:00pm. All sessions on Friday are 2.5 hours long and are scheduled from 9:00 - 11:00am or from 1:00 - 3:30pm.

NOTE: The percentages below for your three session format choices should total 100%.




AV Requirements


NOTE: Please bring your own LCD projector if you need one and choose additional AV equipment only if absolutely necessary as the hotel charges are prohibitively expensive. We are charged $500 per session for an LCD projector, and another $300 for the cart and screen! We appreciate your understanding.

If you checked "Yes" a screen and cart will be in the room scheduled for your session.

If your session participants will require internet connections for your presentation, please contact Karen Gadowsky to make the necessary arrangements.

If any AV or equipment is needed for your session that is NOT listed, please contact Karen Gadowsky to make the necessary arrangements.
