Workshop Proposal

The BC Alternate Education Association has recently begun to collect conference information online. If you are interested in being a session speaker at the Challenge and Change conference scheduled for February 14th and 15th, 2019 please complete the following form after viewing our previous year's brochure which can be found at the bottom of the page, on the conference section of our website. It is strongly recommended that a draft document for Speaker Bio, Session Title and Session Description be created and used to edit information before submission on this form.

Please Note:

Sessions begin on Thursday afternoon after the morning Keynote and have been given a 3 hour time slot, scheduled from 1:00 - 4:00pm. All sessions on Friday are 2.5 hours long and are scheduled from 9:00 - 11:30am or from 1:00 - 3:30pm.

NOTE: There are three possible format choices. You can use some or all of them, but they must total 100%.  




AV Requirements


NOTE: Please bring your own LCD projector if you need one. We will provide the screen. Request A/V equipment only if absolutely necessary as the hotel charges are prohibitively expensive. For instance, an LCD projector costs $500/session and the screen an additional $300/session, plus set up charges and taxes. We appreciate your understanding!


   

If you checked "Yes" and are bringing your own laptop and LCD projector, a screen and cart will be in the room scheduled for your session.
